dear Red Cross.

i do not have mad cow disese. you keep saying that you need blood donations, but it is not my fault that i have spend time in europe as a child.

i would like to donate, but you will not let me.

so many others would like to donate, but you will not let us.

i do not have mad cow diseas. neither do millions of others who would like to donate, but will be "blacklisted" if we do.
