I know it's not a direct result of me, but there aren't words to make me believe you'd have done it without knowing about me. You've said you'd never thought of doing it, before, but you've been researching, and I guess it's only natural to wonder if it'd help you, too. That's how I started. Read a book and saw myself, wondered if I'd get the same effect, and I did. I'm just so glad you didn't, so you won't, I hope, have to struggle with it like I do.
